Digital Products & Courses:
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, all sales are final once access is delivered. If a specific product offers a refund window, the length and conditions will appear on the product page and in your checkout confirmation.
Subscriptions/Payment Plans:
You can cancel anytime effective at the end of the current billing period via your account portal or by emailing [support@quinnedition.com]. No prorated refunds for partially used periods unless required by applicable law. We will provide clear renewal terms and a straightforward “click-to-cancel” method consistent with California law.
Billing Issues:
For duplicate charges or access problems, contact support@quinnedition.com within 7 days and we’ll help promptly.
