3) Sources

We collect data directly from you, automatically via cookies/SDKs, and from service providers (payment processors, analytics, email platforms).

4) How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve the Services; fulfill purchases and customer support.

  • Process payments; prevent fraud and security incidents.

  • Communicate about updates, educational content, and marketing (you can opt out).

  • Personalize content and measure performance.

  • Comply with law and enforce Terms.

5) Sharing & “Selling/Sharing” Under CCPA/CPRA + California

  • We share personal information with service providers and contractors (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments, email, customer support) under contracts that restrict use to our purposes. We do not sell personal information for money.

  • If we engage in online targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising, some states may treat that as “sharing.” Where applicable, we will honor opt-out rights, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and present a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link if required.

  • If our use of advertising/analytics constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under California law, we will display a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If we do not sell/share, our Privacy Policy will state that and we need not display that link.

6) Cookies & Tracking

We use necessary cookies and, with consent where required, analytics/advertising cookies. See the Cookie Policy below for details and controls.

7) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We apply reasonable criteria (account status, product lifecycle, limitation periods) to set retention periods.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system is 100% secure; please protect your credentials.
